Brings runtime responses and OpenAPI contracts into line with the frontend markdown specs.

Includes:

  • alignment of exchange periodic tasks with the documented public shape
  • OpenAPI fixes for jobs, sources, system logs, registers and FNS upload
  • minimal frontend response shapes where markdown expects them
  • updated test coverage for the documented contracts
