feat: обновления парсеров, тестов и миграций
- Обновлены клиенты парсеров (checko, fns, minpromtorg, proverki, zakupki)
- Добавлены новые миграции для моделей
- Расширено покрытие тестами
- Обновлены конфигурации и настройки проекта
- Добавлены утилиты для тестирования
